Next, we provide a clear written estimate and schedule your project. On the job, we protect surrounding areas, complete all prep work (repairs, sanding, caulking, priming as needed), then apply the agreed-upon coatings with attention to detail. After the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you, handle any touch-ups, clean up the space, and confirm you’re 100% satisfied before we close out the job 

 We take protection and cleanliness seriously. Before we start, we cover floors and furniture, mask off trim and fixtures, and set up the work area to minimize dust and disruption. We use proper prep and containment methods (including lead-safe practices when applicable), keep walkways clear, and maintain a tidy jobsite throughout the project. At the end of each day—and again at completion—we clean up thoroughly, remove debris, and leave your space neat and ready to use.
